Liz  is a highly experienced massage therapist helping bodies heal since 2003.  Her passion is using massage therapy as a means to improve one's overall health and well-being. Her touch is ideal for those who prefer deep tissue and sports massage.  She utilizes a variety of bodywork techniques to assist the body with the natural process of healing.          

 

“One of the big influences in my life, who motivated me to become a massage therapist, was my Grandmother. She was a massage therapist herself, so I grew up understanding the profound impact that bodywork could have on a person's health my whole life.
